By downloading, installing, or using BudgetThrow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

BudgetThrow is operated by Throw It In Main ("we," "us," or "our").

BudgetThrow is a personal budgeting application that helps you track your income, expenses, and available funds until your next paycheck. The App provides:

• Manual expense and income tracking
• Bill scheduling and reminders
• Debt payoff calculation tools
• Savings goal tracking
• Available funds calculation based on pay periods

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

BudgetThrow offers a free trial period followed by paid subscription options:

• Free Trial: 2-week full access to all features
• Monthly Subscription: $4.99/month
• Annual Subscription: $39/year

Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App to store or transmit malicious content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Any calculations or projections will be accurate
• The App will meet your specific financial needs

BudgetThrow is not financial advice. The App is a budgeting tool to help you track your finances. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Throw It In Main shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or profits
• Financial decisions made based on App calculations
• Service interruptions or errors
• Unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by Throw It In Main and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions regarding limitations of liability, disclaimers, and intellectual property survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
